Case Study

ECEX is a multi-disciplinary M&E service provider and supplier, delivering a range of works such as metal fabrication, AHU refurbishment and fire protection. The company is also the sole UK distributor of ECEX Air Intake Screens, a pre-filtration media for AHUs. As part of our PR strategy, we have created a number of guides for ECEX, which are available to download from its website.

The purpose of these guides is to provide ECEX’s target audience with useful information that positions ECEX as an expert, while also acting as a sell-in for its services. Topics include site access, AHU refurbishment and HVAC maintenance.

Tasks

  • Writing the guides based on our own research and interviews with ECEX
  • Guide design – Jello worked with graphic design agency, Influense (who also designed Jello’s website)
  • Uploading to website and writing supporting blogs
  • PR – press releases to launch the guides and exclusive features around the topic
  • E-shots to ECEX’s customer-base, designed and issued by Jello using mailchimp
  • LinkedIn posting, including sponsoring posts to reach out beyond ECEX’s connections
