Meet the Jello team

PR, copywriting and digital marketing experts

Jello is made up of a team of experts – experts in PR and copywriting and experts in all things to do with the web and digital marketing. What’s great about Jello is that we all work independently and then come together when we need each other’s services. This means we enjoy the freedom of working for ourselves and our clients enjoy a good value service, which hasn’t been overinflated to pay for the overheads of running an agency.

Some of our team work out of an office on the Welsh borders – we’ve got mountains, fields and sheep on our doorstep!

Here are the main members of Jello, but if you want something else, like a website built or some graphic design work done, we can help with that too – we’ve got great contacts all over the place, just ask and we can probably provide a solution.

Jessica Lowe

Jessica Lowe

Founder of Jello and PR and copywriting supremo, Jessica has been providing PR and marketing services for the built environment for 15 years – 10 years running her own business. From in-house PR to agency and journalistic work, Jess has a wealth of experience and knows what works from the point of view of the client and the media. Writing is her passion – about anything, in any style!

Emily Hedges

Emily Hedges

Emily Hedges provides copywriting support and is in charge of organising client events. Emily’s background is in publishing – she is an experienced picture researcher and uses these skills to delve into a wide range of subjects and get to the bottom of a story.

She particularly enjoys talking to Jello’s clients about what they do; using these conversations as the basis of case-studies and features. Emily has also run her own business so knows first hand how important it is to promote and market yourself in social and more traditional media formats.

Laura Elliott

Laura Elliott

Her day-to-day tasks consist of keeping abreast of industry issues, account management, pitching ideas to editors and writing – from feature articles for trade publication, press releases, blogs, web copy and industry guides.  She is currently studying for a CIPR Professional PR Certificate.
